This weekend the SUNY Canton men's and women's cross country teams completed their fourth annual 180 mile non-stop "Lake to Lake Relay" from Lake Champlain to Lake Ontario. Their aluminum track baton was dipped into Lake Champlain just south of Plattsburgh at 6:25 p.m. Friday night. 23 hours, 50 minutes and 38 seconds later it was dipped into the waters of Lake Ontario at the Tibbetts Point lighthouse west of Cape Vincent.
